Exchange:
You may exchange your item within 3 days of purchase, provided that the item is available for immediate replacement. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in the exact condition in which it was received — unused and undamaged.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available, except in cases where the item has a major defect or manufacturing issue.
